Payment Terms

  • Payment in Full: All payments must be made in full before the artwork will be shipped. We accept payment by PayPal or bank transfer. Please note that your order will be confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • Shipping: Artwork will typically be shipped within 5 days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your artwork has been dispatched. For international orders, please note that any customs duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

  • Return Period: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Artwork: Returned artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and unaltered. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the artwork is not in its original condition.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure that the artwork is properly packaged and insured for the return journey. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will cover the original purchase price, including any original shipping costs. Please note that custom-made or personalised artworks are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
